Mines: find the stars, avoid the mines.

A 25-tile board hides a chosen number of mines. Every safe tile you reveal shows a star and raises the multiplier you can collect. Reveal a mine and the round is over.

How to play Mines

  1. Set the board

    Choose 2, 3, 5 or 7 mines and a virtual-coin stake. Fewer mines means more safe tiles and a slower-climbing ladder; more mines climbs faster with more risk per tile.

  2. Reveal tiles

    Tap any covered tile. A star raises the quoted multiplier; the next-star chance shown updates as safe tiles leave the board. A mine loses the stake.

  3. Collect

    Collect becomes available at the checkpoint star, the first star whose multiplier is at least 1.01×. After that you can collect after any star or keep going. Clearing every safe tile collects automatically.

Are the mines placed before I start?

Yes. The mine positions are committed when the round is created and revealed at the end, so they cannot move in response to your taps. There are no clues to where they are.

How is the ladder calculated?

Each multiplier is the configured return setting divided by the probability of reaching that many stars with the chosen mine count, rounded down. The ladder for your settings is shown before you bet.

What happens if I leave mid-round?

The round stays open with its committed board. You can return and continue or collect; leaving neither reveals nor defuses anything.

Is Mines free to play?
