Cheeky Comet is a free-to-play arcade. Game credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. This notice explains what we record when you play, why, and how long we keep it. It applies whether you play on cheekycomet.com or through a partner site that embeds our games.
What we record

| Account information | If you create an account, your email address and a hashed password, together with sign-in attempts and session information used to protect access to your account. |
| Profile and rewards | Your selected profile details, level, virtual-coin rewards and claims associated with your player account. |
| Game activity | Your credit balance, bets, results, fairness proofs and game history. |
| Chat | Messages you send in game rooms, and reports, blocks or mutes. |
| Network | Your IP address and the country it belongs to. |
| Device and browser | A random device ID stored on your device, your browser and operating system (from the user agent), device type (phone, tablet or computer), and whether you use the website or an app. |
| Session times | When each device, network and browser combination was first and last seen, and how often. |
Why we record it
- To run your games and keep your balance and history correct.
- To keep the service secure: rate limits, preventing abuse, bonus misuse and multiple accounts, and investigating problems.
- To moderate chat.
- To meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your information and we do not use advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
- Full IP addresses in player-session records: scheduled for removal after 365 days without activity. A keyed identifier can remain for security checks. Infrastructure logs and backups are separate from these player-session records.
- Ordinary chat messages: 30 days. Reported or moderated messages are kept as evidence.
- Game records, balances and fairness proofs: kept for as long as the service runs, so every result stays verifiable.
- Device ID: stored on your device until you clear your browser or app data.
Who we share it with
- Our hosting provider (servers in Sydney, Australia) and Cloudflare, which delivers the site and protects it from attacks. Cloudflare also sees your IP address, country and browser.
- If you play through a partner site, that partner receives your game activity and credit movements for its own player account.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of the information linked to your player ID, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it through the contact options listed here. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account. Some records, such as game history needed to verify results, may be retained. Clearing your browser or app data removes locally stored identifiers; it does not delete records stored on our servers.
